Payments & Policies

Payments are due at the time of reservation. Cancellation Policy: 14 or more days prior to reservation 80% refund, 14 days prior to reservation 50% refund, 7 days prior to reservation no refund. Note: damages incurred by the guest will be charged to the card on file.

A $10 fee is charged for early check-ins and late check-outs. Make sure to call ahead to confirm that an early check-in or late check-out is available. NOTE: An early check-in would be 1PM at the earliest and a late check-out would be 1PM at the latest.

We provide free Wi-Fi. NOTE: the further you are from the modem, which is located near the office, the weaker and more sporadic signal will be.

Cabin Guests - we want to continue to allow your pets, however, due to damage and pet cleaning costs we have to charge a fee for them. A $50 fee per stay, per pet (2 pets max) is due upon arrival for CABINS ONLY! Please do not let pets on furniture or leave them unattended in the Cabins. We do not charge a pet fee for campers or RV Sites, however, ALL dogs must be tied off or on a leash (no more than 6ft long) at ALL times without exception and they must be picked up after.

Please note that visitors (not included in the original reservation) must be approved in advance. There is a fee for visitors due to wear and tear and additional usage of utilities. A $6 day pass can be purchased in the office/Mercantile. Please contact us for approval and more information. Thank you for your understanding.

Out of state guests must purchase wood in Missouri. We sell firewood on site and there are several nearby locations that also sell wood. Please do not go out into the woods on our property and take wood for your campfires (kindling is okay). If you live in Missouri you are welcome to bring your own firewood.

Rates are based on 4 guests max.
